YogaHeart classes integrate the gentle flow of breath with postural alignment and balance, creating fluidity and freedom in the body. Gentle vinyasa (or flow yoga sequences) help release tension and blockages in the body, freeing the breath and assisting in improving flexibility and relaxation. Classes are designed with options for all levels of practice – from beginner to the more advanced practitioner.
Mats are provided or you can bring your own. In winter months you may like to bring a light blanket with you, as your body will cool during relaxation.
YOGATREE STUDIO STANTHORPE
In October 2014, Majella Stevens and I formed a collaboration which saw us creating, co-owning and co-directing Yoga Tree studio, Stanthorpe. Our studio has grown considerably in these past year and we are now offering a wide variety of yoga classes, meditation classes, healing and massage.
Our vision is to grow our Yoga Kula, and offer every body in our community (including visitors!) the opportunity to create healthy change through body mind and spirit.. We welcome you to come and enjoy this nurturing space.
